A warm welcome to Craig Harley, the newest member of the Porters' Lodge team at Medwards.
We caught up with Craig to see how he is settling in to life at College.
Welcome to Murray Edwards, how does it feel to be here?
To be honest, I've never worked in an environment like this before. It's a real pleasure to come to work; everybody is friendly and welcoming.
Has anything surprised you about the College since you joined?
The food from the Dome is amazing!
What was your background before working here?
I spent the last 20 years pursuing, arresting and investigating alleged criminals, and then ensuring that when they were convicted, they remained secure in prison.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
"What other people think of you is none of your business."
What do you like to do in your free time?
Music festivals, holidays abroad in very hot climates, going out with friends, and ultra-distance running.
