Wellbeing Events

The Library provides in-person, wellbeing events for all college members during Term time. Mindfulness colouring books and yoga mats are available throughout the year to borrow.  During Easter term there are lots of wellbeing activities to allow you to take a break, such as the student versus library staff “scrabble challenge” and jigsaw puzzles to complete.  The library also has a pop up nail bar by the sofas.  Have a go at nail art or just give yourself a mini manicure and some “you time” away from studying.

Tea and Coffee
Library tea and coffee is available at 11am every weekday in the library basement.  Choose from tea, herbal tea, coffee or squash, along with a selection of fruit and biscuits.  Bring along your travel mug and grab a welcome drink.

    Yoga
We’re unable to offer in person yoga this year as Valerie is on maternity leave.  However why not borrow one of the new library yoga mats and try one of Valerie’s yoga video’s from the Library YouTube Channel.

    Meditation
Unwind with Valerie’s online 3 minute meditation video. There are also different mediation scripts you can try, go for a walk in the forest or relax your muscles using our body scan script instead.

Virtual crafts and wellbeing walks that can viewed at any time, are also available on the Rosemary Murray Library YouTube channel and the Teams me@3 channel.
