The Murray Edwards mentoring programme is open for applications for 2018/19

    How will it work?

The programme will see a younger alumna (around five to fifteen years post-graduation) paired with a more senior alumna, either from the same sector or who can offer parallel experiences, advice and guidance. The intention is for the mentoring sessions to provide a confidential space in which to discuss and clarify the mentee's career and personal goals, and where the mentor will be encouraged and challenged to deal with any issues and explore their potential.

    Getting involved

Applications for this year's programme will open in early September 2018. If you are at least five years post-graduation, you will receive an email with full details and a link to apply. Full training will be provided to all mentors, with kind thanks to Hilary Douglas (New Hall, 1968) and Sarah Gornall (New Hall, 1968) as in previous years, to enable you to make the most of your mentor / mentee relationship.
