    Fiona joined the College as Development Director in November 2013. Prior to this, Fiona worked at University College London where she was Head of Principal Gifts. She is very familiar with Cambridge, both from being a former member of the University fundraising team, and as a former Assistant Development Director at Girton College. Fiona was also Head of Development at The Women's Library, London. Fiona works closely with the President to develop a fundraising programme to support the College's ambitions for the future.

    Catherine has over 19 years' experience in communications and fundraising and most recently, as Executive Head of Supporter Engagement, was responsible for alumni relations, philanthropic communications, regular giving, events and stewardship at UCL. Prior to this, as campaign manager for Cambridge's 800th Anniversary Campaign, Catherine was responsible for setting, managing and coordinating the activities of the Cambridge 800th Anniversary Campaign to achieve the campaign's objective of raising ₤1 billion. She has also worked with global media company Clear Channel and the BBC.

    Gemma joined the College in 2008 and has held various posts in the Development Office and Events Team during her time here. Since joining the Development Office in 2011, Gemma has helped to arrange events, including the 60th Anniversary Celebrations, been responsible for the maintenance of our Alumnae data base, and merchandise. Gemma started a new role in the team in August 2015 implementing a stewardship programme for the College, ensuring all our donors are thanked and acknowledged in an appropriate way whilst making sure the donations are being distributed as agreed. Gemma is also responsible for identifying new potential donors.
