Official Fellow in Maths
- MMath (Newnham)
- PhD in Mathematics (Edinburgh)
Zoe’s research concerns the analysis of partial differential equations that are used in mathematical physics. She particularly focusses on the mathematical properties of solutions to the Einstein equations of general relativity.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Zoe completed an MMath at Newnham College, Cambridge. After a year teaching at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences in Cape Town, she completed her PhD at the University of Edinburgh. She then held a Herchel Smith Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in DPMMS and a Junior Research Fellowship at Darwin College. She moved to King’s College London as a Lecturer in Analysis in 2022, and in 2023 returned to Cambridge as an Assistant Professor in DPMMS and College Lecturer at Murray Edwards College.
