Every autumn, we look forward to welcoming back our alumnae to College for an exciting weekend. Our alumnae weekend coincides with the University's Alumni Festival.
Further events will take place for specific year groups over this weekend - year representatives will be in touch.
Friday 23 September
Older and wiser: how women over 50 are making their mark
This panel discussion with the three Heads of Houses from the College's for women (Professor Dame Carol Black - Principal of Newnham, Dame Barbara Stocking - President of Murray Edwards and Jackie Ashley - President of Lucy Cavendish) and alumnae will explore how women can, and are, taking advantage of the next phase of their lives. Women over 50 are often changing direction and making valuable contributions to society in ways they might never have anticipated when they were younger.
Saturday 24 September
Annual General Meeting of the New Hall Society, 6.30pm
To take place in the Fellows' Drawing Room and time to be confirmed in due course.
Alumnae Dinner, 7.20pm
Our popular alumnae dinner will take place in the Fellows' Drawing Room and the Dome, with pre-dinner drinks from 6pm.
The ticket price is £40 and includes the drinks reception and three course meal with wine.
Sunday 25th September
Garden Tour, 9.30am
Join Jo Cobb, Head Gardener, for a tour of the College grounds.
New Hall Art Collection Tour, 11am
A guided tour of Europe's largest collection of women's art.
Bed and breakfast accommodation is available in College. A single en-suite room with breakfast is £65.40 and a twin en-suite room with breakfast is £106.80. The Porters Lodge is staffed 24 hours a day
