If you have a query about your application, you can call the Student Loans company on one of the following numbers, depending on where you are living at the time of your application:

For questions about payment of loans or grants, call 0300 100 0609.
You can also login online to Student Finance Direct to view your personal account information. To login you will need your ART id number, which you will find on your maintenance loan payment schedule and other correspondence. You will also need your password which will have been sent to you, but which you can request again online if you have lost or forgotten it.
Tuition Fee Loans (Home & EU students)
If you have requested a loan for tuition fees, the amount will be paid by the Student Loan Company directly to Murray Edwards College in three instalments, at the beginning of each term.
Student Financial Breakdown (Home & EU students)
If you have not already sent a copy of your student financial breakdown to student accounts, then please do so as soon as you receive it, as this confirms your fee status and liability. This document is required each year and view an example student financial breakdown letter.
