Wellbeing Day - Introduction to Strength Training

Please complete the webform below if you would like to participate in the Introduction to Strength Training.  There are only 10 spaces available and these will be awarded on a first come first served basis.  We will email you to confirm you have a place.  If you can no longer attend and have been given a place, please email so we can give your place to someone else. 

You must already be a gym user and have signed the gym waiver. 

During the 1.5 hr session the following will be covered:

1. Core bracing technique for Strength Training and ways to develop strength

2. Mobility drills for Warming Up

3. Key movement patterns for Strength Training and how to load them.
