Please complete the webform below if you would like to participate in the Introduction to Strength Training. There are only 10 spaces available and these will be awarded on a first come first served basis. We will email you to confirm you have a place. If you can no longer attend and have been given a place, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give your place to someone else.
You must already be a gym user and have signed the gym waiver.
During the 1.5 hr session the following will be covered:
1. Core bracing technique for Strength Training and ways to develop strength
2. Mobility drills for Warming Up
3. Key movement patterns for Strength Training and how to load them.
