Philip O’Driscoll

Philip joined the College in September 2023 as Development and Alumnae Relations Associate and currently leads on alumnae relations and events on a fixed-term maternity cover until December 2026. He is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive alumnae engagement programme, including reunions, networking events, communications, and stewardship activities. Philip brings extensive experience in planning and delivering high-quality events, having previously worked as Fundraising, Development and Events Coordinator at Epsom College. 

Philip’s role involves building strong relationships with alumnae, managing event logistics, coordinating volunteers and speakers, and supporting engagement objectives. He has a strong focus on personalised outreach, inclusive and engaging event delivery, and fostering meaningful, long-term connections within the alumnae community. He also contributes to the College’s Gateway programme, helping to connect current students and recent graduates with alumnae for mentoring, networking, and career development opportunities.
