Emma Simpson

Gift Administrator and Stewardship Officer

Emma joined the College in February 2026 as Gift Administration and Stewardship Officer on a fixed-term cover until December 2026. An alumna of the College, Emma studied History of Art at Murray Edwards, graduating in 2024. Her experience as a student here gives her a strong understanding of the College’s community and its distinctive mission to support and champion women’s achievement.

In her role within the Development team, Emma is responsible for the administration of all gifts to the College, ensuring that donations are processed accurately and acknowledged promptly. She maintains and develops the College’s stewardship and recognition programme, working closely with colleagues to deliver meaningful, personalised communications that demonstrate the impact of philanthropic support. Emma oversees the integrity of the Development database, supports financial reconciliation and Gift Aid claims, and contributes to reporting and analysis to help strengthen long-term relationships with donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.

With a keen eye for detail and a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach, Emma is committed to ensuring that every donor feels valued and connected to the lasting impact of their generosity on the College community.
