Murray Edwards College is committed to helping women succeed. We pay special attention to how women learn, and we offer a stimulating, active and academic environment for all our students.
We take pride in the fact that when students complete their studies here, they leave with the skills and confidence to achieve their aspirations, and are prepared for the challenges ahead. As such, we are delighted to announce that out of 110 Murray Edwards College students who graduated this year, 34% received a 1st and 95% received either a 1st or a 2:1 degree.
The College President, Dame Barbara Stocking, commented: "This year's results are absolutely fantastic and I know I speak for many people when I say how proud we are of all our students. The College has a history of producing outstanding, independent-minded women across many different careers and it's clear this year's cohort will be no exception.
