I took photos from the two most challenging excursions I did while camping, a 30K cycle and a kayaking trip.
There is also a picture of the communal bike pump I had to use when I got a flat tire on the cycling trail!
I also did some fruit foraging (picture shown) and learned to build a campfire.
Doing activities I have never done before expanded my view of what I am capable of.
I was grateful for the opportunity to expand my self-concept by tackling a new challenge, something that I am sure will spill over into other areas of my life.
