Fourth film of the Festival is Sunset Boulevard (dir. Billy Wilder, 1950). A screenwriter develops a dangerous relationship with a faded film star determined to make a triumphant return.
The screening will be preceeded by short introduction, putting it in context and highlighting the interesting ways in which it portrays memory. These screenings are part of the interdisciplinary research project 'When Memories Come Alive'.
