Jill leads the college’s ‘Collaborating with Men’ research project that aims to change workplace culture to be more inclusive for women. Jill is presenting the research to many organisations and supporting workplace trials of the ideas for behavioural change suggested by the male and female research participants. Prior to her PhD, Jill led two successful commercial market research companies.
