We always love the opportunity to meet our academic colleagues, so please visit the events office, located on B staircase, if you wish to discuss your event. In some circumstances, bookings may fit the criteria for VAT exemption and the appropriate form must be returned alongside your booking form. |During vacations, the College has charged the Catering and Events team to maximise the commercial use of the facilities so as to increase the contribution to income. Working around Admissions and Development department activities and mindful of the academic purpose of the College, the teams aim to service as many conferences, summer schools and events as we can. This often means casual access to facilities usually available in term time is limited.|
