The library offers a wellbeing programme for all College members.
The Library provides in-person, wellbeing events during Term time. Booking is essential due to limited spaces – please book using the library booking calendar here.
Craft and chat
A craft and chat session is taking place on Wednesday 6th October at 3pm in Library Court. Please meet in Library Court, no earlier than 5 minutes before the session. Equipment and hand sanitizer will be provided. In the event of wet weather the session will take place under the covered walkway outside.
We will be rocking painting.
Virtual wellbeing activities
Virtual crafts, wellbeing walks and bite size yoga videos, that can viewed at any time, are available on the Rosemary Murray Library YouTube channel and the Teams me@3 channel.
Other in-person and online wellbeing & craft activities are offered on an ad-hoc basis, so please keep an eye on our social media channels:
The library has a range of books on wellbeing, including texts on studying, insomnia, healthy eating, mindfulness and particular mental health issues. They can be searched for on iDiscover and are available via the Click & Collect service.
A wellbeing eBook collection Leganto reading list is now available, and can be accessed online with a Raven username and password. The list brings together eBooks on the subjects of addiction & dependence, illness & disability, finances, grief & bereavement, mental health, mind management, race & anti-racism, sex, sexuality & gender, sleep, and mindfulness.
