LATEST NEWS:

• Check out new our plastic bag exchange box  on the JCR Board. If you're heading out to Sainsbury's, then pick one out and replace it when you're done with it!
• Pilates - FREE in the Long room, Tuesdays (starting 15 May 2012) - 6pm to 7pm and Fridays (starting 18 May 2012) - 4.45pm to 5.45pm!
• Stitch and Bitch - beginning on Monday of Week 3 (time to be confirmed) Mandatory bitching and optional stitching. Knitting, nattering and no grannys allowed
• Put down your pen and put your green fingers to better use in our gardens. Flowers can be picked from around the car park area and the gardeners are always looking for help with the new allotments
• For the more artistic among us, or even the wholly un-artistic, the Coach House is a great place to go and flex your creative muscles. For more information on what's available contact our lovely Arts Officer Thea Hawlin - th412
• Make the most of revision breaks with free food at tea at 3 everyday during easter term and biscuits and tea in the library at 11am as well!

• The JCR has recently purchased some luggage scales for international students wanting to weigh their bags. They are kept at the plodge and you can sign them out from there.

Highlights for all students:
 

• Murray Edwards College Catering Facilities and Catering Team have been awarded a "5" Star Rating for 'Scores on the Doors' (2011), related to food safety standards, by the Environmental Services at Cambridge City Council.
