Copying and Publication: Fees 

Copying: 

Photocopying:
A4 £0.25 per sheet
A3 £0.50 per sheet
Colour A4 £0.75 per sheet
Colour A3 £1.00 per sheet

Scanning or Digital copies:
£5.00 per document (up to 5 pages - if document is larger a quote will be given)

Daily charge for use of own camera (without flash) £5.00.

Publication: 

Reproduction fee for the use of items in a publication (text or images)
£50.00
(Copyright approval must be obtained if College does not own the copyright)

Please note: in the case of certain publications, the publication fee may be waived at the discretion of the College. In such cases a copy of the publication should be sent to the College Library.

Administration:

Archive search charge (for requests by post or email)
A charge will be made for staff time, which includes the time taken to identify the material involved.
£5.00

Postage will be charged separately as necessary.
