We are looking for a talented individual to appoint as College Electrician and join our Maintenance team.
Main duties will include:
• Assist with the Planned Preventative Maintenance Strategy with the Head of Estates.
• Order materials from wholesalers suited to the role.
• Maintain inspect and replenish PPE for Maintenance Department.
• The maintenance of all electrically wired Systems.
• Carry out electrical works to NICEIC Standard and in line with best practice.
The basic hours are 37.5 per week. The jobholder will be part of the paid on-call rota for weekends and evenings.
Salary: £25,500 pa

The College is seeking to appoint a full-time, permanent Management Accountant to join the Accounts team. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and the quarterly VAT return for the College. You will also have a key role liaising with Heads of Department to ensure they receive and understand financial information they require to run their departments' budgets. The role also covers bank reconciliations and invoicing. Working in a team of five, you will occasionally deputise for the Head of Finance and line manage the Finance Assistant.
You will hold an accountancy degree or a recognised accountancy qualification eg ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will create good working relationships both with your team and the wider college and be able to effectively manage a varied workload. Excellent IT skills are required including advanced Excel and you will be able to analyse and evaluation information to produce reports for the Head of Finance.
Salary: £26,429-£32,733 pa

Development Officer - Major Gifts
We are seeking a Major Gifts Officer to play an instrumental part in the College's new fundraising campaign. This is a newly created post that will have responsibility for a portfolio of around 120 potential donors, managing them through the donor cycle. You will be responsible for building strong relationships which will inspire donors to make significant gifts of between £5,000 to £50,000, and for introducing donors and potential donors to our current fundraising campaign, Women Today, Women Tomorrow.
