Alumna named as one of Media Week’s Top 30 Under 30Friday 13th July 2012Alumna Eve Williams (2001) has been named one of Media Week's 30 Under 30. This competition aims to highlight the hottest young talent in the commercial media sector, and this year Eve was the only winner from the content marketing industry. Eve was appointed MD of Cedar, a creative and commercial content agency, in March this year, making her the youngest MD of any major content agency in the UK. She launched Tesco Real Food - already the UK's largest food title - and was part of the senior team who successfully pitched and won Tesco Lifestyle in China, which then went on to set up Cedar in Shanghai. Clare Broadbent, CEO of Cedar, commented: "It is fantastic to see Eve's achievements recognised by Media Week. We develop our talent through our unique Cedar SMART programme, which Eve leads at Cedar. This ensures our teams are always offering our clients innovative content and commercial solutions to address their brand challenges." Speaking about her achievement, Eve said: "Cedar is an agency that really invests in its people, giving them the opportunity to achieve amazing things for brands at a global level. I'm really happy to be part of that, and I'm delighted to have been selected as one of Media Week's 30 Under 30." |
